Integrated Technical Institute — locally known as আই.টি.আই, ওতলা (I.T.I, Outala) — is a private vocational institute affiliated under the State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT), Government of Assam.

Our Story

From Foundation To Formal Affiliation

Integrated Technical Institute, Outala (Pvt.) was founded in 2023 to bring SCVT-recognised, hands-on technical training to the youth of Outala and the surrounding villages of Darrang district. Within the same year, our workshops were equipped and formally inaugurated by senior government officials — a milestone the institute marks on the foundation plaque at its campus entrance.

Institute Established

Integrated Technical Institute (ITI), Outala is founded under affiliation with SCVT, Government of Assam — Affiliation Code PVT00060.

28 December 2023

Formal Inauguration

The institute was formally inaugurated by Shri Munidra Nath Ngatey, Deputy Commissioner, Darrang.

To provide quality, hands-on technical and vocational training recognised by SCVT, Government of Assam — preparing youth from Outala and wider Darrang district for employment, self-employment and further technical study.

Integrated Technical Institute, Outala operates under Affiliation Code PVT00060, issued by the Directorate of Employment & Craftsmen Training, State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT), Government of Assam — under the Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS), aligned with the national Skill India mission.

Every trade certificate and marksheet issued to our trainees is digitally signed, QR-coded and verifiable through the SCVT MIS portal — and through our own Result & Certificate Verification page.
